Terms of Service

The Service

ResumeAI helps you create, edit, and export résumés, with optional AI-assisted writing tools. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can build a résumé without an account; an account is needed to save to the cloud and to subscribe.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (including sending text to our AI provider when you use AI features). You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for having the right to use it.

AI output disclaimer

AI features generate suggestions that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any outcome, including that a résumé will pass any applicant tracking system or result in interviews or employment. Always review and edit AI output before use — you are responsible for the final résumé.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don't resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium features are billed as a subscription through Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current period unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, templates, and design, is owned by ResumeAI (MLStudios) and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our branding or code beyond using the Service as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and ResumeAI (MLStudios) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
